Gregory arrived at the house and went straight to work. He did a thorough assesment of the furnace, and he involved me in his troubleshooting process, explaining things so that I could understand. Gregory took his time, and even helped me to save some money by signing me up for the annual membership which the company offers. It's my first time trying out Verne & Ellsworth Hann, and I am a completely satisfied new customer!

Bill and his team did a fantastic job! We had our old boiler replaced and the install was done so well. They were so professional and I couldn't be happier. Bill and his team also fixed a pipe and did a beautiful job. Everything was explained to us and was shown a final walk through of the work completed. We’ve used Verne and Ellsworth Hann for years. They always do a good job. This time we requested a service call for annual furnace maintenance and also a problem with the hot water tank. Technician Greg B was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He promptly did the work that was needed, and we’re happy with the service.

My thermostat was not working. I called Verne & Ellsworth Hann for service. They were able to schedule me right away. Ray B was the technician. From the moment he arrived he was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and replaced my thermostat. What impressed me the most is that he went above and beyond. He checked my carbon monoxide levels and checked to make sure everything was functioning properly. Ray also programmed my thermostat to automatically adjust to my preferred temperature throughout the week. Thank you for the outstanding service!

The installers (Bill, Matt and Andrew) did an excellent job. They were very respective of our home and made sure they explained what they were doing. My old boiler had stopped working and a Vern representative was out the day I called, started installation the next day and completed the work the second day of installation. I would highly recommend them.

The HVAC professionals Andrew and Keith did an expert job installing my new AC system. They were friendly and courteous, patiently answering my questions. I am very pleased with the whole process—from working with the sales team, the office staff, and Andrew and Keith today.

Had a technician come out to check our Fifty+ year old boiler. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions. There was absolutely NO Pressure to do or buy anything. We had a very unfortunate experience with a roofing contractor or rather the salesperson which was extremely high pressure and left because we didn’t sign a contract right then and there. V and E Hann just did what we asked in checking our boiler and gave us recommendations, period. Great longtime Heights contractor.
